2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to provide cold outreach automation services:

  • Account Credentials: Email address and profile information provided during account authentication.
  • Email Sequence Data: Campaign templates, lead lists, recipient email addresses, and scheduling parameters configured by the user.
  • Google Account Data (via OAuth 2.0): When you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account, we receive OAuth tokens, user email address, and permissions to interact with the Gmail API.

3. How We Use Google API Scopes & User Data

When you authorize The Rankers Pro to access your Google account, we request access to the following specific Google API scopes:

Requested Scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — Used exclusively to send user-created campaign emails and warmup messages from authorized accounts.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — Used to monitor inbox replies for sent campaigns, auto-categorize prospect interest, and halt follow-up sequences when a reply is received.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify — Used to apply labels or organize campaign replies inside your Gmail inbox.

We access user data strictly to perform actions explicitly initiated by the user inside The Rankers Pro application. We do not use Google user data for advertising, market research, profiling, or AI model training.

Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

The Rankers Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Protection, Security & Sharing

  • Encryption at Rest: All OAuth refresh tokens and API access credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption before being saved in our database.
  • No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or Google user data under any circumstances.
  • No Sharing for Advertising: Google user data is never shared with third-party data brokers, ad networks, or external marketers.

5. User Data Deletion & Account Disconnection

Users can revoke The Rankers Pro's access to their Google account at any time directly through The Rankers Pro Inboxes page or via Google Account Permissions. Upon disconnecting an account or deleting your The Rankers Pro account, all stored OAuth tokens associated with that inbox are permanently deleted from our system.
